Reference Number 0000287147 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/17 05:00:00 PM EST In 2025, YEC will be performing a major overhaul on the MBH2 Hydro Unit at Mayo, Yukon. The Work is divided into in 3 Phases. Phase 1-Table 1: Supply and delivery of new pre-overhaul material at a fixed price to site. Phase 2- Table 2: Supply at delivery of material required at site after site verification. Phase 3-Table 3a & 3b: Supply and delivery of offsite refurbished material at a fixed price based on work instructions to site. Any additional scope identified during the inspection is to be at the base rate. Phase 1 Table 1: Pre-Overhaul Material Supply & Delivery All table 1 pricing is to be fixed price as per the quantities and drawings provided. Additional design drawings are to be provided for equipment tooling prior to fabrication. All materials are to be delivered to the Mayo Hydro site by June 3, 2025. If there are any items that cannot be ready by this date, YEC shall be informed and additional coordination will be required to alter the work plan to accommodate delivery date. YEC welcomes suggestions for additional materials that the contractor believes will be beneficial for the MBH2 overhaul. Winter Kennedy flow meter, and TIV manway specification is to be delivered in 2025. Pricing for these line items will not be used during the pricing evaluation.
