Lancaster County is seeking competitive bids from South Carolina Department of Transportation approved contractors for the purpose of replacing existing culverts on Battlement Road, Bayou Lane, and Thermal Trail. The work includes grading, paving, installation of culverts/bridges and all other work associated with the construction of these projects. The limits of work are described herein along with Standard Specifications that detail specific items of work. The County of Lancaster, South Carolina ("County") is requesting sealed Offers from qualified firms ("Vendor") for Culvert Replacement - SCIIP A-23-C114 (Battlement Rd., Bayou Ln., Thermal Tr.,) 2025-IFB-007 .
