Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Collierville, Tennessee. Working plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The electrical scope of work shall include, but is not limited to the following major components, products and complete operable systems: 1. Electric distribution system including feeders, panelboards, transformers, disconnects, etc. 2. Lighting fixtures, lamps and controlling devices. 3. Convenience and power outlet systems. 4. Grounding systems. 5. Branch circuit conduit and wire. 6. Surface mounted raceway systems. 7. Electrical system seismic protection. 8. Cable management system. 9. Conduit fire stop devices. 10. Alterations and additions to existing electrical systems. 11. Demolition - salvaged materials. 12. Continuity of Service. 13. Rough-in and final connections to Owner furnished equipment where indicated. Please Note: As a part of doing business with the Town of Collierville, Tennessee, each individual, company or organization is required to obtain a Vendor Number to reference when requesting a copy of any bid. The Vendor will also be required to reference its Vendor Number on the Bid Response Form. The construction work will take place at 440 W Powell Rd. , Collierville, TN 38017. The PROJECT shall consist of, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Electrical work 2. Lighting 3. Grounding and Bonding 4. Service and Distribution 5. Seismic Restraint Systems This project consists of lighting upgrades to the Harrell Performing Arts Theatre and includes electrical work.
