Renovation of a medical facility in Lexington, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,675-square-foot medical facility.
The scope of work includes renovating approximately 3,675 square feet of occupied space on the first floor within the existing facility to accommodate two radiology rooms, new CT equipment and relocation of CT room, mammography room, two ultrasound rooms, and department support spaces. The owner intends to remain operational during this project, so this will consist of a multi-phased construction approach. Contract documents contain the full extent of the work to be performed. All bids shall conform to the plans, specifications, and timelines prepared by Lexington Regional Health Center, 1201 North Erie Street, Lexington, Nebraska. Bids shall include required security upon submission. All other subcontractors, trades, and vendors shall secure documents from general contractors. Lexington Regional Health Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities and technicalities. *Sampson Construction: Bids will only be accepted by fax (402-434-7423) or email to (estimating@sampson-construction.com).
