Site work and paving for a road / highway in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Reconstruction of existing approach to SW Wyoming Blvd, Proposed site grading and asphalt paving, asphalt pavement striping and signage to support Driver Education coursework needs. Contractors, in submitting their respective bids, acknowledge that such bids conform to all requirements of Wyoming State Statute. Each bidder must include a bid security with the bid, payable to Natrona County School District #1, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the scheduled time of the bid opening. Bids are to remain open for 60 days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities of any bid. The Owner also reserves the right to award the contract to such responsible bidders as may be determined by the Owner. Bids Notes : All bids shall be submitted in accordance with and on the forms included in the Project Manual.
