The University of North Florida Board of Trustees (UNF or University) is issuing a competitive solicitation for the services of a qualified General Contractor or Electrical Contractor. The purpose of this ITB is to enable UNF to enter into an agreement with a Contractor or Contractors to complete lighting and sound upgrades at the Lazzara Performance Hall located on the UNF campus in Jacksonville, Florida. Deadline for Questions Wednesday, March 5th, 2025 at 12:00 PM UNF Bid Portal, Q&A Board Response to Questions Monday, March 10 2025 UNF Bid Portal, Q&A Board Questions should be submitted on the UNF Bid Portal . The University requires a certified, cashiers or treasurers check, bank draft, bank official check or bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount as a condition for participating in this competitive solicitation. Substantial completion shall be achieved within 90 calendar days of the notice to proceed. Final completion shall be achieved within 20 calendar days of substantial completion
