Site work for a water / sewer project in East Troy, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Village of East Troy (OWNER) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 655,000 Gallon Standpipe Exterior Rehabilitation Contract 1 2025. The Project includes the following Work: Spot surface preparation and associated coatings repairs of the interior wet and sport surface preparation and overcoat of the exterior of a 655,000 gallon standpipe. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. Bidder must submit with its Bid the General Statement of Contractor Qualifications and Village of East Troy Bidder's Proof of Responsibility. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
