Building and maintaining MidAmerica's infrastructure includes design, engineering, and construction related projects for MidAmerica's airfield, buildings, and other properties. The solicitation schedules contained within include all projects soon to be bid, currently out to bid, or completed within the last 12 months. Failure on the part of the Bidder to do so will result in forfeiture of the Bidder's certified check or Bid Bond to OWNER as liquidated damages. CONTRACT SECURITY: The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall be required to furnish both a Performance Bond and Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract Price for each of the above Bonds, in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents BID REJECTION: OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding, or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serves the interests of OWNER. BID WITHDRAWAL: No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the scheduled opening of the Bids without the consent of OWNER.
