AND 155 PEASE RD., BOTH IN MANALAPAN, NJ 07726 SOW INCLUDES (BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO): SELECTED REMOVALS OF HVAC EQUIPMENT, DUCTWORK, PIPING, INSULATION, VALVES, COILS, CONTROLS AND ACCESSORIES; NEW PACKAGE ROOFTOP UNITS WITH DX COOLING AND HEATING WATER COILS; ASSOCIATED DUCTWORK, PIPING, FREEZE PROTECTION PUMPS, DUCTWORK AND PIPING INSULATION; TESTING, ADJUSTING AND BALANCING, AND AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROLS. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000; and must be delivered to the above place on or before the hour named. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-25, each proposal shall be accompanied by a Consent of Surety from a Surety Company stating it will provide each bidder with separate Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract sum. The Scope and Objectives of the Electrical Work of this Project include, but not limited to: 1) Selected removals of electrical equipment and devices; 2) Disconnect existing duct mounted smoke detectors; 3) Furnish new duct mounted duct detectors to HVAC Contractor for installation. Connect duct detectors to existing fire alarm system; 4) Provide new CO detectors as required. 2. Pine Brook Elementary School: a. The Scope and Objectives of the HVAC Work of this Project include, but not limited to: 1) Selected removals of HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, insulation , valves, coils, controls and accessories. 2) Package rooftop units with dx cooling and heating water coils; 3) Unit ventilators with dx cooling and heating water coils; 4) Rooftop condensing units; 5) Ductwork; 6) Piping; 7) Freeze protection pumps; 8) Ductwork and piping insulation; 9) Testing, adjusting and balancing; 10) Automatic temperature controls; 11) Owner training; 12) Preparation of coordination drawings; 13) Preparation of as-built drawings in AutoCad format; 14) Periodic inspection of completed work to confirm compliance with Bid Documents. b. The Scope and Objectives of the Electrical Work of this Project include, but not limited to: 1) Selected removals of electrical equipment and devices; 2) Replace obsolete panels used for wiring of HVAC equipment; 3) Disconnect existing duct mounted smoke detectors; 4) Furnish new duct mounted duct detectors to HVAC Contractor for installation. Connect duct detectors to existing fire alarm system; 5) Provide new CO detectors as required; 6) Remove and reinstall ceiling mounted devices where required
