Site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for the addition of a 17,280-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Prefabricated school addition. The Project involves the design and construction of a two-Storey 20-classroom prefabricated facility that adheres to modern educational standards and best practices for flexible learning environments. Key design and functional elements for the Facility are outlined below: Classrooms: 20 classrooms of approximately 80m2 each to accommodate a variety of teaching needs. TIMELINE: Request for proposals to engage a team of Architectural firm and Engineering consultant services is closed. Award is pending. The Project will be managed and overseen by the district and its consultants. The Construction Manager is expected to be engaged soon. Further update in fall 2025, upon approvals. *The capital cost of the Project is expected to be approximately $20 million.
