Chadron Readiness Center Tuckpoint The project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, scaffolding, licenses and permits required to tuckpoint the existing brick exterior walls of the Chadron Readiness Center (constructed 1963) in Chadron, NE. The project site is comprised of two buildings consisting of the Readiness Center constructed from brick masonry and a small storage building constructed of concrete masonry units. The existing brick and CMU are showing signs of cracking from expansion/contraction and general building movement. The existing brick will be tuckpointed per the construction plans and specifications. All cracked bricks shall be removed and replaced. ABI #1 will include tuckpointing and painting of the storage building CMU.
