The City of Frisco (City) is accepting bids for a Construction Manager at Risk for Frisco Police Shooting Range. The deadline for questions is February 24, 2025 at 4:00 PM CT. All questions should be emailed to purchasing@friscotexas.gov The project involves constructing a new shooting range for the police department, covering approximately 25,000 square feet of range floor area and 4,000 square feet of supporting administrative space. This facility will include multiple shooting lanes designed to accommodate shooters at distances of up to 100 yards. Additionally, the range will feature support spaces for offices, storage, weapons cleaning, a classroom, and breakroom. To meet the training needs of the Frisco Police Department, the range will be equipped with target systems, bullet traps, and adequate ventilation The total estimated budget for this project is not to exceed $13 million, inclusive of all soft and hard costs for the project.
