Dolliver: Substantial completion expected 90 Calander days from building Notice to Proceed date. NOTE: Dolliver's current Tenant is moving out April-June time-frame. Coordinate access with DES. Governor's Mansion: Substantial Completion expected 60 Calander days from building Notice to Proceed date. NOTE: Governor's Mansion prefers August work to provide least impact on building. Old Capitol Building: Substantial completion expected 225 days after building Notice to Proceed date. Perry St. Daycare: Substantial completion expected 100 days after building Notice to Proceed date. Owner may either provide separate Notice to Proceed for each building or a single Notice to Proceed for all buildings depending on contractor’s preference.
