Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.

The Township Secretary that sealed proposals will be received by the Township of Lower Merion for the following: Parking Lot #23 Reconstruction Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bid Document. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required. All interested Bidders may, at their convenience, view Parking Lot 23 (aka Cricket Avenue South) at 96 Cricket Avenue, Ardmore, PA 19003. Scope of Work The work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; regrading; driveway apron replacement; selective concrete sidewalk replacement; selective full depth of bituminous pavement; selective mill and overlay; concrete and granite curb; concrete stair repairs and coating; fence modifications; striping; sign posts; and landscaping. Award is planned for April 23,2025 with Construction Notice to Proceed planned for late May / early June 2025 pending contract execution. Question Deadline 03/07/2025 Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted electronically. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day. Attention is Called To the Fact That Not Less than the Minimum Salaries and Wages as Set forth in the Contract documents Must Be Paid on This Project, and That the Contractor Must Ensure That Employees And applicants for the Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Their, Race, Color, Religious Creed, Ancestry, age, Sex, National Origin, physical or Mental Disability, or Because of A person's Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity Or gender Expression. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township. As noted at the top of Exhibit B, Section 5, please refer to Exhibit G for Insurance Checklist for the coverages required for this project. Section 5.2.d for "Property Insurance" is not required for this project. Section 5.2.c for "Owner Protective Coverages" is not required for this project.
