The Township Secretary that sealed proposals will be received by the Township of Lower Merion for the following: Parking Lot #23 Reconstruction Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bid Document. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required. Scope of Work The work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; regrading; driveway apron replacement; selective concrete sidewalk replacement; selective full depth of bituminous pavement; selective mill and overlay; concrete and granite curb; concrete stair repairs and coating; fence modifications; striping; sign posts; and landscaping. Award is planned for April 23,2025 with Construction Notice to Proceed planned for late May / early June 2025 pending contract execution.
