The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge on behalf of the Greater Baton Rouge Airport District ("City-Parish") is accepting written proposals for Janitorial Services at the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport. Proposals are solicited in accordance with the terms, conditions, and instructions as set forth in this Request for Proposals ("RFP"). The Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport ("BTR") is an airport serving the nine-parish Baton Rouge region, which is owned and operated by the City of Baton Rouge/Parish of East Baton Rouge through the Greater Baton Rouge Airport District. BTR is a small hub facility providing commercial air travel connecting more than 1.6 million residents across south Louisiana. BTR, located six miles north of downtown Baton Rouge, is the second largest airport in Louisiana and hosts daily jet flights on three (3) major airlines to/from Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Washington, D.C. In 2022, the Airport served approximately 668,176 passengers on scheduled airline flights.
