Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Libertyville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes: New parking lot north of Butterfield Elementary School and improvements to the existing parking lot to remaining including new light poles, and new exterior signs. Submit with each bid, a certified check or accept able bidders bond payable to Libertyville School District 70 in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. Submit questions to Wold Architects and Engineers via email no later than Thurs day, February 27, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Attention: Alyssa Menolascino; amenolascino@woldae.com The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before August 1, 2025. Bids may not be with drawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, with out the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
