**As of April 28, 2025, the project was awarded to Perco Rock Inc., with an awarded amount of $2,305,557.50.** The Work of this Contract comprises the construction of the Coal Creek EWP Project, which is funded through the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and generally includes excavation, placement of geotextile fabric and riprap bank protection; sediment removal and channelization; and stream restoration and planting. The Work also includes dewatering and construction in poor soil conditions within Coal Creek. The Coal Creek EWP Project according to specifications prepared by the Bowen Collins & Associates. The right is reserved by Cedar City to reject any and all Bids.
