The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), Forest District 7, requires services to deliver, paver-place, and compact approximately 2,200 tons of limestone Driving Surface Aggregate (DSA) to Spruce Run Road, White Deer Township, Union County. The contract will commence upon receipt of Purchase Order and terminate August 31, 2025 Questions regarding the technical aspects of this bid should be directed to Daniel Smith, reachable at danielsmi@pa.gov or 570-922-3344 (Forest District Contact). The Commonwealth and the Contractor, therefore, presume that in the event of any such delay the amount of damage which will be sustained from a delay will be $250.00 per day per item, The Contractor is required to submit performance security in the amount of $10,000. Performance security must be in the form of a specific performance bond, an irrevocable letter of credit or a certificate of deposit, all in a form acceptable to the Commonwealth, or a certified check or a bank cashiers check drawn to the order of the Commonwealth
