Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Little Falls, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of approximately 400 linear feet of concrete box culvert. The work also includes adjacent storwater infrastructure improvements, abandonment of an existing culvert and other associated improvements identified on the drawings. The Project start date will be on or about 3/1/2025. The Project shall be substantially completed on or before 7/1/2025. The Project shall be completed on or before 7/30/2025. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The City of Little Falls reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject any or all Bids without explanation.
