Bids will be received for the following construction contract(s) at the scheduled time: Contract No. 1: General Construction Contract No. 2: Electrical Construction Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cash, bank cashier's check, treasurer's check or Bid Bond in the form provided in the Bidding Documents, with corporate surety satisfactory to the Owner,in an amount not less than 10% of the Base Bid, naming as Obligee Wyomissing Area School District. Prospective Bidders are advised that this Project is subject to and will be governed by provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act including amendments and supplements thereto. The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in Bids, or to reject all Bids or parts thereof. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under coordinated, concurrent multiple prime contracts. See Division 01 Section "Multiple Contract Summary" for a description of work included under each of the Prime Contracts to be performed concurrently with, and in close coordination to, work performed on the Project between the Owner and Prime Contractors.
