CFM (Magnolia Landing) Community Development District (the "District") hereby requests proposals to provide services relating to the landscaping & irrigation maintenance for CFM (Magnolia Landing) Community Development District, all as more specifically set forth in the Project Manual The District is a special-purpose taxing District created by Chapter 190 Florida Statutes. The entities submitting proposals must be able to provide for the level of service as outlined in the Project Manual and meet the following qualifications: (i) fully licensed and insured, (ii) 5 years minimum continuous operation (iii) experience with at least three other communities of a similar nature, size and amenity level to the CFM (Magnolia Landing) CDD project, with verifiable references on those projects, (iv) Proposer must be in good financial standing with no history of bankruptcy or financial reorganization, (v) Proposer will be encouraged to have made a site visit prior to submitting the proposal and will be responsible for 100% of their own area takeoffs, and (vi) Proposer must submit total price along for the initial one-year term with an option for three (3) one (1) year renewals with price The District has the right to reject any, and all proposals, make modifications to the work, and waive any minor informalities and irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion that it is in the best interest of the District to do so.
