This portion of the project includes the Milling, Resurfacing and Restriping of HMA Pavement, Structure Adjustments, Reconstructions and Frame and Lid Replacements, Curb and Gutter Removal and Replacement, and Sidewalk Removal and Replacement within the communities of City of Lake Forest, and Village of Lake Bluff.
