The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of WVDOT - Traffic Engineering to establish a contract for the one-time purchase of Aluminum Ribbing. The Aluminum ribbing supplied must be L.F. Aluminum Ribbing Alcoa Section 84921 or approved equal. Alloy 6063. T6, ASTM B 221 (see Exhibit B for drawing). Ribbing shall be extruded to 20' length and banded in bundles of 25 pieces. All Bids shall be for exactly 11,000 feet. with no -/+ tolerances accepted. Vendor shall ship the Contract Items immediately after being awarded this Contract and receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed. Vendor shall deliver the Contract Items 45 working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed. Contract Items must be delivered to Agency at West Virginia Division of Highways Traffic Services Complex, 180 Dry Branch Road, Charleston WV 25306. Technical Questions Due 10:00am ET 2025-02-12 Questions Regarding the Solicitation Must Be Submitted in Writing to Docprocurementtechques@wv.gov Prior to the Question Period Deadline Contained in the Instructions to Vendors Submitting Bids.
