Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ste Genevieve, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of April 24, 2025, project will be awarded to Vern Bauman Contracting with the amount of $3,195,814.99. The Scope of Work includes street improvements to several roadways within the City of Ste. Genevieve and provides for pavement preparation, asphalt overlay, pavement striping, traffic control and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. The City of Ste. Genevieve anticipates issuing notice to proceed in April of 2025. Any questions regarding this project must be submitted to: mspalding@cochraneng.com, by 4:00 pm local time on February 27, 2025. No written questions after this date or any verbal questions will be recognized. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award
