Reference Number 0000287229 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/20 12:00:00 PM CST Supply and Delivery of Traffic Gravel Class C Modified (EPP) 1. This request for quotes will establish unit prices for the supply and delivery of Traffic Gravel Class "C" Modified at Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure stockpile site NW 33-11-10W North side of PTH 1 at MacGregor. The gradation requirements for Traffic Gravel Class "C" modified are shown below: 2. Estimated quantity for material required is shown in Form "A" (Page 7 of RFQ) Estimated Material Quantities of this RFQ. The estimated delivery deadline date for the material at the delivery location is also identified in Form "A" - page 7 of this RFQ. 3. Winter Sand shall meet the following gradation: Passing 19mm sieve 100% Passing 12.5mm sieve 60-95% Passing 4.75mm sieve 30-70% Passing 425um sieve 5-35% Passing 75um sieve 7-15% Min. Crush Count 25% Max. Shale Content 15% 4. Supplier shall provide "5" Quality Control samples to be tested by CCIL Certified lab and accepted by MTI. 5. Traffic Gravel Class "C" Modified will be measured by truck box measurement (cubic metres) of material delivered to the Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure stockpile site NW 33-11-10W North side of PTH 1 at MacGregor. 6. Please submit unit bid prices for the material identified in Form "A" - Page 8 of this RFQ. For taxation purposes, separate unit bid prices are required for haul and for aggregate production. Unit bid prices shall not include any taxes. 7. The quantities may vary and some material you may not have in stock. If the material is not on hand for use and cannot be produced prior to the delivery deadline, do not enter a unit price. Please enter a unit price only for materials that you are capable of producing. 8. Bidders will be awarded Purchase Orders (PO) for individual materials on the basis of lowest overall cost (including haul) for each delivery location. The PO number must appear on all invoices, which are presented for payment. 9. Unit bid prices are expressed per cubic metre of material. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
