Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kingston, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
A. The Contractor shall furnish all the labor, material and construction equipment and perform all the work for the construction of the Utilities as shown on the Drawings and described in the specifications prepared by Spicer Group, Inc. Contractor shall be responsible for the entire work until completed and accepted by the Owner. B. The Owner will obtain easements and rights-of-way needed for construction, as shown on the plans. Additional temporary easements beyond what is shown shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.
