New HVAC equipment shall include Air Handling Units with remote condensers and variable air volume boxes with heating coil for Beverly Hills. New equipment shall include packaged rooftop units, variable air volume boxes with heating coils, fin tube radiators and exhaust fans for Primos Elementary School. Structural support steel is by the HVAC contractor. Extension of the existing building controls for the new equipment. Testing, Adjusting, and balancing is included. Electrical system modifications include the demolition of all required equipment, conduit, and conductors for HVAC equipment that is being removed unless being reused. The electrical work includes all temporary power disconnection of existing systems to maintain and reconnection when power is required for testing or operating. Provide power and all associated equipment for all new / relocated HVAC equipment as per drawings / specifications. Provide and install all required 20A weatherproof GFCI receptacles at rooftop units [RTU]. Provide and install and connect to fire alarm system duct smoke detectors as required by drawings / specifications. Disconnect, support, store, and reinstall all existing low voltage and line voltage devices and confirm restored working order to the existing systems. Remove and replace lighting as per drawings / specifications. The work includes all cutting, patching, and finishing of partitions, walls, floors, and other existing building features or assets disturbed, damaged, or marred due to the renovations. Operation and Maintenance manuals, owner's authorized representative[s] training, and closeout documents are required
