** As of March 26 2025 , project was awarded to Daiken Applied Americas but awarded amount is not available.** Heat Pump Replacements Marlboro County School District is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to remove 2 existing heat pumps and install new systems at Clio Elementary School, Clio, SC. One replacement is in the gym area (20-ton Trane Split System heat pump with 35 KW heater). The second replacement is in the lobby area ( 5-ton Trane Split System heat pump with 15 KW heater). Scope of Work: GYM AREA Remove existing heat pump and install 20 ton Trane split system heat pump with 35 kw heater 208/230/3 phase. All ductwork and wiring reconnections, materials and labor included. R-410 a refrigerant unit Provide 5 year compressor warranty and 1 year parts warranty. LOBBY AREA Remove existing heat pump and install 5 ton Trane split system heat pump with 15 kw heater 208/230/3 phase. All ductwork and wiring reconnections, materials and labor included. R-410 a refrigerant unit Provide 5 year compressor warranty and 1 year parts warranty.
