This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Richmond, Texas. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

It is the intent of Fort Bend County to contract with all vendors meeting or exceeding specifications to provide and/or haul Earthen Road Materials as stated herein. The term of this contract is April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 renewable annually for four (4) years (through March 31, 2030) under the same terms and conditions if mutually agreeable by both parties. Either party for any reason may terminate this contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice of the intent to terminate. Deadline for submission of questions and/or clarification is Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. (CST). Requests received after the deadline will not be responded to due to the time constraints of this bid process
