Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Baker City, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes reconstruction of approximately 1 mile of Cedar Street. The roadway will be reconstructed with a reclaimed cement-treated base created by pulverizing and mixing the existing roadway material with Portland cement and water, then grading and compacting the treated base prior to final asphalt concrete paving. Work will also include the widening of approximately 3,700 feet of the roadway from 34 feet to 40 feet to allow for new bicycle and pedestrian facilities. In addition to the general roadwork, one curb ramp will be constructed at the Cedar Street and D Street intersection. Additive alternative to the base bid Work will include reconstruction of Hughes Lane between Cedar Street and Lund Lane (approximately 300 feet) by the same process described above. Work will include, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and appurtenances necessary to complete the Project as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Drawings.
