Renovation of a multi-residential development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
1515 Park Roof Replacement. Required bonds include a bid guarantee from each bidder, equivalent to 5% of the bid price, and the following from the Contractor: A performance bond for 100% of the contract price; and A payment bond for 100% of the contract price. The successful bidder shall agree to pay as Liquidated Damages the amount of $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which the work is not complete, beginning with the first day beyond the completion date stated on the "Notice to Proceed." The said sum in no event shall be construed to be a penalty, but only as damages fixed and agreed upon in advance.
