*As of March 3rd,2025, the project was awarded to S&S Electrical Services, Inc $38,892.00 ,S&S electrical services DBA S&S Building group $105,350.00 & Integrity Mechanical Inc $23,000.00*. Each bid must include Bid Security, a certified check, bank check or bid bond issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in the state of PA, in the amount of 10% of the total contract amount, including all add alternates, payable to Solebury Township. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will be required to be furnished by the successful bidder with a corporate surety approved by Solebury Township. Bidding will be public, utilize Pennsylvania State Prevailing Wage Rates established by the Commonwealth of PA Department of Labor and Industry and be received in Three (3) Multiple Prime Bids for new construction. Multiple Prime Bids will be received for General Construction, Mechanical Construction, and Electrical Construction.
