Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ruston, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids for summer term painting of Aswell, Adams, and Dudley Halls. All bidders must have appropriate Louisiana Contractor's License and insurance for painting. Minimum insurance standards are attached and included in the general conditions. The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. The Contractor must protect all flooring, furnishings, appliances, windows, doors/hardware, switches, and outlets/covers. Additionally, the Contractor shall remove and dispose of all trash. Aswell Hall: 47 bedrooms/kitchens. Work can begin on 7-5-2025 and must be completed by 8-13-2025. Adams Hall: 53 bedrooms/kitchens. Work can begin on 7-5-2025 and must be completed by 8-13-2025. Dudley Hall: 47 bedrooms/kitchens. Work can begin on 5-27-2025 and must be completed by 7-3-2025. Scope of Work: - Base Bid: Prepare and paint all walls in bedrooms and kitchens - Alternate #1: Sand and stain the baseboards and trim - Alternate #2: Paint stairwell walls/ceilings, entrance/exit doors(open metal), and hall director's room (3 per building) - Alternate #3: Prep, patch, and paint the walls and ceilings of the Adams Hall parlor (approximately 1200 sq. feet).
