Grading, Bituminous Reclamation & Resurfacing With Culvert Replacements, Repairs & Lining Including Bituminous Surfacing, Miscellaneous Removals, Excavation & Embankment, Culverts and Aprons, CS Pipe Aprons, HPP Pipe Culverts, Culvert Cleaning and Lining, Random Riprap, Traffic Control, Erosion Control, Turf Establishment and Striping. Project Location: On CR 29 Between Jcts with CR 6 and I-90 and on CR 109 Between Jcts with CR 29 and Colbenson Drive, Approximately 4 miles South of Lewiston The recommendation for award will be submitted to the County Board at a regularly scheduled meeting. Bids must be accompanied by a corporate bond in favor of the Winona County Auditor in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.
