Major items of work include excavating test pits at the curb stop for approximately 250 locations within the Township of Hanover to determine the water service material, associated replacement of curb boxes and restoration of disturbed areas. Bidders must use the prepared proposal and related forms which are contained in the Project Manual. No bids may be withdrawn within 60 days after receipt of bids, unless permitted by law. Question Deadline 03/20/2025 at 3:00 PM ET The Contractor shall submit any questions regarding the bid documents to Alexis Bozza, QPA, at 973-326-6867 or abozza@smcmua.org . The SMCMUA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive minor informalities or irregularities in the bids and to award the Contract to the lowest qualified Bidder. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C.
