Major components of Project Work consist of upgrades to increase pressure in the existing water system to meet fire water demands, and including but not limited to constructing a new well, new booster pump station, excavation, onsite pipeline improvements, and integration of a new SCADA system. Location : DSH-Atascadero 10333 El Camino Real City of Atascadero, San Luis Obispo County California, 93422 All bids shall be accompanied by the following forms of bidder's security: Bidder's Bond, cashier's check, certified check or cash. Bidder's Bond shall be executed by an admitted surety insurer, authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California. Bond and checks shall be made payable to the director of the Department of General Services. The security shall be in an amount equal to at least 10 percent of the amount bid. A bid shall not be considered responsive unless one of the forms of bidder's security is enclosed with it. Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price. DVBE participation is required for this contract. Mandatory participation has been set at 3%.
