Mowing and Grounds Maintenance Mowing and Grounds Maintenance Specifications Service to Be Provided at: Eshleman Elementary School: 545 Leaman Ave, Millersville, PA 17551 Central Manor Elementary School: 3717 Blue Rock Rd, Washington Boro, PA 17582 Conestoga Elementary School: 100 Hill St., Conestoga, PA 17516 Letort Elementary School: 561 Letort Rd, Washington Boro, PA 17582 Martic Elementary School: 266 Martic Heights Dr., Holtwood, PA 17532 Pequea Elementary School: 802 Millwood Rd., Willow Street, PA 17584 The initial term of the agreement shall be for March 24, 2025 through June 30, 2028, with an option to extend the agreement for July 1, 2028 through June 30, 2029. If both parties are in agreement, the contract may be renewed at the annual charges as specified on the attached Quotation Sheet. Vendors wishing to submit a proposal will have an opportunity to personally inspect the grounds of all eligible schools for which they wish to bid should contact bill.shelley@pennmanor.net Question Deadline 02/21/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Additionally any questions should be submitted to Bill Shelley at bill.shelley@pennmanor.net and responses to frequently asked questions will be posted electronically. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and waive any or all informalities in connection therewith at its discretion, and to select single items from any quotation. All quotations shall be submitted subject to the General Conditions and Specifications listed herein, and for the quantities and qualities specified. The Contractor shall provide the services as outlined in the attached Proposal, Terms and Conditions. The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in whole or in part and/or to select one or more items from the quotation. The contract shall be interpreted, construed, and given effect in all respects according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
