The Town of Clayton is seeking proposals for Project Administration firms to provide professional services, including contract administration for the implementation of a disinfection system at its wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) serving the Hamlet of Depauville. Project Overview The Town of Clayton is seeking qualified Project Administration firms to provide professional services, including contract administration for the implementation of a disinfection system at its wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) serving the Hamlet of Depauville. 2. Scope of Work The selected firm will provide construction phase services to support the successful and efficient completion of the Project. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: 1. Administrative Paperwork for Housing Trust Fund Corporation and NYS CDBG Compliance o Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted in accordance with Housing Trust Fund Corporation and NYS Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) requirements. o Maintain compliance with grant conditions, including tracking and reporting on expenditures and project progress. o Provide regular updates to the Town and funding agencies, as required, and support audits or reviews conducted by funding agencies. o Coordinate with the Town to ensure timely submission of payment requests and closeout reports for the CDBG program. The Town of Clayton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any irregularities, or accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.
