Renovation of a library in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
All hids must be made upon the City forme provided for this pur pose and must be accompanied by a bid band or certified check or cassior's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. One hundred (100) percent payment and perkamuance Bonds will be required of the suc cessful Bidder to guarantee faith ful performance of the contract The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or infor malities. No Badder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for the opening theroof The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City. Fork being performed includes but not limited to the replacement of the DDC building controller, zone shutoff dampers thermo state, and connecting infrastruc ture. Also includes replacement of six rooftop heat pump units, replacement of two split system heat pump units. Addition of three rooftop hout puanp units, one VRE system, paddle fans and electric heaters. The Engineer's estimate for thus Project is 32,000,000 The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or infor malities. No Badder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for the opening theroof The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
