Renovation of a parking garage in Arnprior, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Replacement of approximately 285 square meters of commerical flat roof of Public Works Garage (73 James Street) in Arnprior, Ontario. Bid forms mandatory, Job showing mandatory. Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in accordance with CCDC Form 220, with 10% of the Bid Price. Bonds shall be valid until 90 days after Bid Closing. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and maintain a 10% Bid Bond and 50%/50% Labour and Materials Bond. All bonds shall be in the Canadian Construction Association approved format and shall remain in effect for one year from the date of issue for the substantial completion certificate. Commercial General Liability, underwritten by an insurer licensed to conduct business in the Province of Ontario, for a limit of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence, an aggregate limit of not less than $2,000,000, within any policy year with respect to completed operations and a deductible of not less than $1,000. The insurance coverage shall not be less than the insurance provided by IBC Form 2100 and IBC Form 2320.
