Description: SPECIFICATIONS: The NOAB Central Plant & HVAC Department is requesting the below item(s): Cleaning Cooling Towers Southside Terminal. Proposed Scope of Work: Southside Airport Towers Lock out and tag out electrical power supply to cooling tower-7 each Isolate water flow to tower with assistance of Stationary Engineers-7 each Clean cooling tower with water pressure, chemical and manual labor-7each Utilize lift machinery and generator power as needed Clean fill, hot water sump-7each Remove debris and accumulated scale-7 each Provide scale and debris sample to customer for analysis Phase Two: Proposed Scope of Work: North Airport Towers *Work with Plant Ops Staff/lock out BTC *Drain Tower *Wash and remove scale *Clean internal sump and distributor pan. *Provide scaffolding as needed. *Inspect fan blades *Inspect driver and gear box (oil and grease) *Assist Plant Ops Staff to place tower back in service * Contractor shall take before and after pictures of all work.
