Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. The Work includes general, electrical, theater rigging, theater lighting, audio and video equipment and selective demolition as indicated on the Contract Documents. a. The work includes demolition and new construction to provide a new orchestra pit. b. The work includes demolition of the existing auditorium fixed seats. c. The work includes providing 4 new auditorium vestibule entrances and a control booth on first floor. d. The work includes providing new acoustical wall treatments and new pipe supports for theater lighting. e. The work includes new stage rigging, drapes, new theater lighting and lighting controls. f. The work includes new theater audio and video equipment. g. The work includes a new orchestra pit lift cover. h.
