The Calleguas Municipal Water District is seeking bids for the construction of the Lindero Pump Station Rehabilitation Project (Project No. 592), located at 1900 W. Erbes Road, in the City of Thousand Oaks, Ventura County, CA 91360. The Work involves the construction of the following: three 1,000 HP vertical turbine pumps for potable water; associated piping, valves and accessories; 3,000 kW diesel standby generator with subbase fuel tank and enclosure; electrical service equipment including provisions for Southern California Edison-furnished equipment; electrical motor controls and distribution equipment; lighting; roof replacement and seismic improvements to the existing concrete masonry unit pump station building; site improvements, including earthwork and paving; piles to support new structures; painting; and associated demolition.
