Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Orillia, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Severn's Public Works Department is seeking a bid from the pre-qualified Contractors for construction services involving in-place processing (pulverizing), partial depth milling, grading shaping and compacting, supply and placement of new granular base, supply and placement of hot mix asphalt (HMA) paving, and line painting. This project also includes various culvert replacements ranging from 375 mm up to 900 mm diameter and other provisional items. This opportunity is publicly visible, but only the prequalified bidders from the open-competitive process under the County of Simcoe "Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) 2024-106 - Road Paving Contractors Specializing in Road Rehabilitation" will be accepted. Severn is looking to complete the asphalt resurfacing work no later than October 31, 2025. The tentative construction start date is June 1, 2025. This is an opportunity to provide the Township of Severn with your services and to demonstrate your ability and expertise in delivering quality asphalt resurfacing on budget and on time.
