This procurement will result in one Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for multidiscipline Architect-Engineer (AE) services for Small Waterfront Projects Design and Engineering Services for Naval Facilities Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic ( MIDLANT) region but primarily within Hampton Roads AOR, including Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, Virginia Beach, Virginia; Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk, Virginia; Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia; Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Yorktown, Virginia; Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia. These services will be procured in accordance with 40 USC Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers, as implemented by FAR Subpart 36.6. The IDIQ contract shall be for a five-year ordering period, not to exceed 60 months Inquiries concerning this procurement should include synopsis number and title and be forwarded via email to Demetrice Jenkins at demetrice.jenkins2.civ@us.navy.mil utilizing Attachment B- Pre-Proposal Inquiry Log. Inquiries concerning the Synopsis shall be received no later than 14 calendar days prior to the SF-330 due date. Late submissions may not be answered. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
