Remodeling of a municipal facility in Moab, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.

Planting of low maintenance, native plants, moving planting out of existing retaining walls, replacing the existing retaining wall and also installing new SUMP drainage pits at the rear of the building to reduce ice build up in the staff parking area. The new retaining wall will be cast in place concrete. Substantial Completion Date: May 30, 2025 Liquidated Damages: $150.00 per day Construction Budget: $364,000.00 Question Deadline 02/25/2025 at 3:00 PM MT via Technical questions related to bidding in U3P - Bonfire should be directed to u3padmin@utah.gov. Contractor shall develop the CPM schedule using Primavera, MS Project or Phoenix unless otherwise authorized by DFCM. The critical path shall be identified, including the critical paths for interim completion dates and milestones.
