The Contract to Be Executed by the Successful Bidder Will Provide That It Shall Not Become Effective Until the Necessary Moneys to Do the Work Have Been Provided by the Township of Saddle Brook in a Lawful Manner. Contracts and Specifications May Be Obtained From Said Remington and Vernick Engineers, by Prospective Bidders Upon Request, Upon Payment of the Sum of $50.00 for Each Set.
