Reference Number 0000376210 Project Budgets: Construction budgets under $3,500,000.00 The University of Utah is Requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to Pre-qualify New Vendors for Improvement Project Bidding as Follows: new Vendor Stage I Pre-qualified Bidding Process General (General Campus and/or Hospitals & Clinics), Mechanical (General Campus and/or Hospitals & Clinics), Electrical (General Campus and/or Hospitals & Clinics), Roofing, Paving & Site/civil Contractors Multiple Improvement Projects - Various Locations (Primarily SLC), Utah Question Deadline 02/27/2025 at 3:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Pre-qualification of Contractors will be based on the selection criteria outlined in the solicitation documents contained herein. Any Contractor that is pre-qualified under the Stage I Bidding Process must complete a pre-qualification renewal packet no more than 2 years after their pre-qualification effective date. The University of Utah reserves the right to cancel or amend this solicitation, reject any or all SOQs or to waive any formality or technicality in any SOQ document in the interest of the University.
