Scope to Also Include Removal of a Portion of Existing Concrete Curbing and Replacement With Asphalt Dike. Owner Anticipates That the Project's Total Base Bid Price Will Be Approximately $400,000. The Project Has an Expected Duration of 13 Working Days. The Bidders Attention is Directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165, Which Sets Forth the Requirements for the Use of Apprentices on Public Works and Requires a Contractor or Subcontractor to Comply With Certain Requirements Relating to the Use of Apprentices on Public Works. This is a Prevailing Wage Project. In Accordance With the Provisions of Nrs 338, the Ivgid Board of Trustees Has Ascertained From the Labor Commissioner the General Prevailing Wage in the Locality of the District for Each Craft and Type of Workman, and the Contract Will Contain in Express Terms the Hourly and Daily Rate of Such Prevailing Wage.
