Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope of work includes selective replacement of exterior wall sealants, selective repointing of mortar joints, selective repairs to limestone panels, and other miscellaneous exterior wall repairs at the Brown, Calhoun, and Wade Hampton Buildings. BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID. PERFORMANCE AND LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
